Razor clams: remove troubles

Razor clam ( 300g ) | Green and red wine ( 20g ) |
Ginger ( 5-6 pieces ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to steam razor clams with green and red wine

1.Clean the razor clams with a small Brush the casing clean.

2. At the link on the back of the razor clam, use a knife to cut it slightly.

3. Cut the ginger into shreds.

4.Put the razor clams into a small bowl.

5. Stuff the ginger shreds into the gaps of the razor clams.

6.Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt.

Tips
If you don’t have green and red wine, you can use equivalent cooking wine instead.
