Ingredients
Bamboo shoots ( 150g ) | Pork belly ( 120g ) |
Huoxiang ( 5 grams ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves span> ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make stir-fried pork with Huoxiang bamboo shoots

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.

2.Put the pork belly into the pot, add appropriate amount of pepper, ginger and onion and cook until cooked through (cooked).Slice the bamboo shoots and garlic, and chop the Patchouli finely.

3. Slice the bamboo shoots and garlic, and chop the Patchouli finely.

4. Blanch the bamboo shoots for 1 minute and remove.

5. Cut the cooked pork belly into thin slices.

6. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 70% hot.

7. Add pork belly and stir-fry until the meat is slightly curled and the surface is slightly yellow.

8. Add bean paste and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

9.Add garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

10.Add bamboo shoots and stir-fry for 20 seconds.

12.Finally add the Huoxiang and stir-fry for 5 seconds before serving.
