How to make soy-flavored onion and potato slices

1.The ingredients are as shown in the picture

2. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes.Soak in water

3. Cut onions, green peppers, garlic and ginger as shown.

4. Heat the pan and pour an appropriate amount of oil.When the oil is cooked, add a spoonful of black bean paste.Stir-fry until fragrant.

5.Add ginger and garlic slices and saute until fragrant

7.Stir fry for two minutes

8.Pour in onions and green peppers

9.Stir fry for one minute
