How to make minced pumpkin shreds

1. Cut the pumpkin into shreds, soak in water and wash.

2. Control the water and fish it out.

3.Chop the meat into a paste first, then add the ginger and garlic and mince it.

4.Mix the ginger and garlic into the minced meat.

5. Cut green and red peppers into shreds.

6.Put oil into the pot.

7. After the oil is hot, add minced meat and stir-fry evenly.

8. Add the green and red peppers and stir-fry for ten seconds.

9.Add some soy sauce for color.

10.Add in shredded pumpkin and stir-fry for a while.

11.Add salt and stir-fry evenly.

Tips
Don't fry the pumpkin shreds too soft, which will affect the taste.
