Medium Oyster ( Ten ) | Shrimp ( Ten ) |
chopped green onion ( a little ) | Sea salt ( a little ) |
Recipe for Japanese-style seafood hot pot

1.Take a piece of young seaweed

2.Put the pan on low heat and heat it

3.Turn off the heat when both sides change color

4.Wash medium oysters

5.Tofu slices

6.Cut and wash the shrimp

7. Cook in the pot

8.Drain medium rare and set aside

10.Double-sided fried tofu

11.Turn golden and scoop up

12.Chopped green onions are ready

Tips
Oysters and shrimps need to be cooked over low heat and soup at the end, so don’t overcook them the first time
