Ingredients
Shiitake mushrooms ( 8 pcs ) | Shredded pork ( 180g ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Oil (appropriate amount) |
Dark soy sauce (appropriate amount) | cooking wine ( A small amount ) |
Ginger ( Two slices ) | Garlic ( Two grains ) |

How to make shredded pork with shiitake mushrooms
