Ingredients
Silverbait ( 200g ) | Onions ( 1 section ) |

Starch ( 3 spoons ) | Egg ( 1 ) |

How to make crispy whitebait

1.Picture of finished product.

2. Wash the whitebait and set aside.

3.Cut the green onion into large pieces.

4. Put the whitebait in a bowl and add ginger powder, garlic powder, white pepper powder, and onion.part.

5. Beat in eggs, salt, chicken essence, starch and cooking wine and mix well.

6. Marinate for about 20 minutes.

7. Pour oil into the pan and heat it up, add the whitebait one by one and fry until golden brown.

8. Put the fried whitebait on the plate with kitchen oil-absorbing paper to control the oil.

Tips
