Spare ribs or tailbone ( 250kg ) | Salt ( one spoon ) |
Chicken essence ( One spoonful ) | Ginger and garlic ( Adequate amount (according to your preference) ) |
Dark soy sauce ( Two spoons ) | Pixian Doubanjiang ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Cooking wine ( 2 spoons ) |
Home-style braised pork ribs
1. Add a few slices of ginger and two tablespoons of cooking wine to the ribs and tail bones, blanch them in water, skim off the floating residue, and then rinse them with clean water! 
2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the bones until both sides are golden, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant , wait until both sides of the bone are golden brown.

3. When golden brown, add the bean paste and stir well.

4.Add a small amount of water and simmer the ribs for 20 minutes.Just make the soup dry.Ours is not very dry.I think a little soup looks better!
