How to stir-fry pork belly with garlic sprouts and peanuts

1. Preparation materials: 200 grams of pork belly, 200 grams of garlic sprouts, peanuts 50 grams, one red pepper, appropriate amount of ginger, garlic and onion

2.Wash the pork belly.Put it in a pot and boil it with water for half an hour.After cooling, cut into small pieces and set aside.

3.Chop garlic sprouts, mince red pepper, mince ginger and garlic

4. Chop the peanuts, put oil in a cold pan, pour in the crushed peanuts, and fry the crushed peanuts over low heat.Set aside for later use.

5. Heat oil in a pot, pour in pork belly, stir-fry over low heat until lightly browned.

6.Pour in the garlic sprouts and stir-fry for 2 minutes

7. Add red pepper and ginger and garlic, then add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for one minute.

8. Finally, pour in the fried peanuts and a spoonful of bean paste and continue to stir-fry few times.

9. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips
The chopped peanuts need to be slowly fried in a cold pan over low heat, and then added to the pan to add the flavor of bean paste.It will taste crispy and fragrant.
