Ingredients
Lean meat ( 4 taels ) | Green pepper (One) |
Green onion (appropriate amount) | Fresh fungus (two liang span> ) |
Red pepper ( One ) | Salt ( a spoon ) |
Oyster sauce ( Two spoons ) |
How to make fried meat with double pepper and fungus

1.Fresh fungus, cut peppers, green onions, marinated meat with salt, sugar, starch and oil.

2. Stir-fry the peppers over high heat

3.Put in the fungus, stir-fry with a spoonful of salt until raw, remove and set aside

4.Fried lean meat

5.Saute until half-cooked and add oyster sauce

6.Put Stir-fry the peppers and fungus from before for a minute or two.

7. Add the scallions and stir-fry a few times before loading.

Tips
