How to steam geoduck vermicelli

4. Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 30 minutes and set aside.

5.Cut the ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and prepare the coriander.

6. Add soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine and shredded ginger to the soaked vermicelli.

7. Place the washed geoducks on top of the fans.
