Ingredients
Pleurotus eryngii ( 100g ) | Herring ( 300g ) |
Onion Companion June Sweet Bean Paste (15g ) | Vida Mei Zhen Tasting cooking wine ( 30ml ) |
Recipe of grilled fish with soy sauce and tin foil

1.Prepare ingredients: wash herring and cut into thick slices, one king oyster mushroom (about 100 grams)

2.Put 15 grams of scallion companion June-flavored bean paste into a sealed bowl

3.Pour in 30 ml of Wei Da Mei Zhenpin cooking wine

4. Dilute the bean paste with cooking wine

5.Put the herring into the bowl first

6.First give the herring a massage and coat it all with sauce

8.After all the king oyster mushrooms are stained with the sauce, cover with a sealing lid and marinate for 6 hours
