How to steam scallops with enoki mushroom vermicelli

1.Chop the garlic into puree and mince the millet and pepper.

2.Put in salt.

3. Pour in hot oil and smell the garlic.

4. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and MSG.

5. Stir evenly and the simple garlic chili sauce is ready.

6.Put the enoki mushrooms into the plate.

7. Then add the soaked vermicelli.

8. Put the scallop meat on top.

9. Drizzle with garlic chili sauce.

10. Steam for about 8 minutes.

11.Sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips
1.Mix minced garlic, millet pepper, and salt evenly, pour in hot oil, and then add MSG and light soy sauce after cooling! Oyster sauce.2.Soak the vermicelli in water until soft, do not boil.
