Ingredients
Prawns ( Moderate amount ) | Enoki mushrooms ( 100g ) |

Recipe for steaming back shrimp with garlic vermicelli, enoki mushrooms

1. Chop the garlic, millet and pepper into a bowl, add a little salt and pour hot oil.

2.Pour in light salted soy sauce.

3.A little oyster sauce.

4. Stir evenly and the simple garlic chili sauce is ready.

5. Wash and drain the enoki mushrooms and put them into a plate.

6.Soak the vermicelli in water until soft, cut into pieces and place on the enoki mushrooms.

7.Pick the prawns, remove the threads, open the back and place on the fans.

Tips
1.Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft, do not boil it in boiling water.
2.Wash and drain the enoki mushrooms, otherwise there will be too much soup, which will affect the taste.
3.Remove the threads from the shrimp and cut the back for easy flavoring.
