1.Prepare the materials

8. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it up, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant

9.Add vegetables and stir-fry evenly

10.Add the chicken wings, cover, and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes
