How to make shrimp and tofu stew

1. Remove the heads from fresh shrimps and keep them for later use.Peel off the shells and discard them.Pull out the intestines of the shrimps.Wash the heads and meat separately and drain

2.Add cooking wine and light soy sauce respectively, mix well and marinate for preparation

3. Wash the pork, cut the fat and lean into thin slices respectively, and set aside
