Ingredients
Pork Ribs ( 1000g ) | Onions, ginger, garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Rock sugar ( 10g ) | Aged vinegar ( 6g ) |

Sweet and sour pork ribs How to make

1. Wash the chopped ribs.Add water, salt and cooking wine and cook until chopsticks can be inserted through, remove and control the water and set aside.

2. Chop onions, ginger and garlic.

3. Turn on low heat, add oil and rock sugar, stir-fry until the rock sugar melts and the foam disappears.

4.Add in the ribs, stir-fry quickly until the color is added, add cooking wine and salt ,ginger.Add enough water and simmer.(Adjust to medium heat)

5.The soup is thick, add oil, onions and garlic , pour the vinegar in a circle around the edge of the pot.

6. Stir well and take out the pan, sprinkle in the cooked sesame seeds.
Tips
The color of rock sugar is better than that of white sugar.The color of sugar should be fried on low heat to avoid burning and bitterness.
