Cooking wine ( 15g ) | Balamic vinegar ( 15g ) |

How to braise mandarin fish

1.Clean the mandarin fish inside and out, then apply a little salt inside and outside, and marinate for 10 minutes

2.When marinating mandarin fish, prepare onions, ginger and garlic

3. Rinse the marinated mandarin fish to remove the sewage and drain the water

4.Heat oil in a pan, add a little salt, then add mandarin fish, do not stir it

5. Fry until the bottom changes color, then flip over, fry until both sides are golden brown, pour in cooking wine, add onion, ginger and garlic
6.Add appropriate amount of water, braised soy sauce and pepper, mix well and bring to a boil, cover the pot and cook for about 7 minutes
7. After opening the pot lid, turn the mandarin fish over, pour in light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar and reduce the juice over high heat

Tips
Don’t use too much salt when pickling mandarin fish.The purpose of pickling is to remove the fishy smell
