Tofu: Detoxification
Ingredients
Fish ( 300g ) | Tofu ( 200g ) |
Sauerkraut ( 100g ) | Oil ( 10 grams ) |
Salt ( one spoon ) | Ginger ( 3 grams ) |
Cilantro ( Two ) | Onions ( 3 grams ) |
Cooking wine ( 5g ) | Chicken Essence ( Adequate amount ) |
How to make pickled tofu fish
1.Main ingredients.

2. Cut the sauerkraut into one centimeter long segments.Slice green onions and ginger.

3. Cut the tofu into small pieces and cut the coriander into small pieces.
