swimming crab ( 4 ) | Tofu ( Half a piece ) |
Edamame ( A handful ) | Onions ( 1 root ) |

How to make swimming crab tofu soup

1.Clean and peel the crabs, remove their gills and sand.

2.Prepare the edamame and cut the tofu

3. Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, add edamame and stir-fry until it changes color.

4.Add appropriate amount of salt and two bowls of water, pour in the crab, cover the pot and bring to a boil.

5. After boiling, pour in the tofu and bring to a boil again, remove from the pot and sprinkle with green onion leaves.
Tips
The swimming crab* is added last to ensure tenderness.
