Chicken legs: maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes
Ingredients
Chicken leg ( one ) | Green onion ( half root ) |
Ginger ( A small piece ) | Millet pepper ( two ) | Salt ( 4 grams ) | Chicken Essence ( 4g ) |
Light soy sauce ( one spoon ) | Sugar ( 8 grams ) |
Vinegar ( a spoon ) | Vine pepper oil ( Two spoons ) |

How to make Sichuan Pepper Chicken

1.Prepare a chicken drumstick.

2. Remove the chicken leg bones.

3.Put the chicken legs into the pot, add cold water, ginger slices and green onions and cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Soak the cooked chicken legs in cold water for 10 minutes.

5.Cut into pieces and put them on a plate, add shredded ginger.

6.Take a bowl and add salt, chicken essence, sugar, light soy sauce, and vinegar.Add vine chili oil, Worcestershire sauce and a little water and stir to dissolve the seasoning.

2.Vine pepper oil is sold in supermarkets.
