Ingredients
Pork Ribs ( 500g ) | Potato ( one ) |
Rice noodles ( 100 grams ) | chopped green onion ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( a little ) | Cooking wine ( a little ) |

Pepper ( a little ) | Oyster sauce ( a little ) |
How to steam pork ribs

1.First wash the ribs and chop them into sections.

2.Soak the bleeding water with clean water for about 20 minutes.Then drain the water and set aside.

3. Prepare steamed pork rice noodles.This box is 200 grams, and I only used half.They are sold in supermarkets.(You need to check whether the rice noodles you buy need salt.There will be instructions.I don’t need to add salt)

4. Add the drained pork ribs, a little cooking wine, a little light soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper, and oyster sauce, mix well, and marinate for more than 15 minutes (if the rice noodles prompt, add If there is salt, add appropriate amount of salt)

5.While there is time, peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces , place it on the bottom of the steaming bowl.

6. Pour 100 grams of steamed pork rice noodles onto the ribs, add a little water and stir evenly.Every piece of pork ribs is covered with rice noodles.

7.This is the stirred pork ribs.

8. Place the ribs on the steaming bowl with potato pieces underneath, trying to avoid overlapping , it is best to relax the ribs.

9. Put the ribs into the pot and press the steam button to steam.My program takes one hour.There should be about a finger-high level of water in the pot.

10.After steaming, remove from the pot and change to a plate, garnish with chopped green onion and serve..
Tips
You can buy ready-made rice noodles, or you can fry the rice yourself and grind it into coarse powder.
Marinate the pork ribs for as long as possible to make them more flavorful.
After the pork ribs are steamed, turn off the heat and simmer for a while to make them taste better.
If you don’t have potatoes, you can substitute sweet potatoes or pumpkins which are also very good.
