How to make fish-flavored shredded pork

1.Wash the tenderloin, carrots, peppers, fungus, and ginger, and peel the small onions and garlic.

2. Cut the tenderloin, carrots, fungus, pepper and ginger into thin strips respectively , mince the small onion and slice the garlic.

3. Put the shredded tenderloin in a small bowl, add cooking wine, a little water starch and soybean oil and stir well Marinate for 5 minutes.

Tips
