Ingredients
Pork tenderloin ( 200g ) | Garlic Taiwan ( 1 bundle ) |

How to make home-style fish-flavored shredded pork

1. Wash and cut the garlic into sections, cut the wet fungus into shreds, and red Shred the radish!

2. Cut onion, ginger and garlic into shreds and set aside!

3. Prepare the fish-flavored shredded pork sauce!

4. Shred the tenderloin!

5.Add soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, pepper powder, egg liquid, and thirteen spices Mix well!

6. Heat oil in the pot until it is 60 to 70% hot.Add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.!

7.Add shredded pork and stir-fry until cooked!

8.Put a bowl in and set aside!

9. Heat oil in another pot until 70%, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant!

10.Add the reserved green pepper, carrot, and fungus and stir-fry until cooked! Add the fish-flavored shredded pork sauce and stir-fry for a spicy kick! (You can also fry the fish-flavored shredded pork sauce first and then add the vegetables)

Tips
You can also sauté the sauce first, but I personally prefer adding the sauce later!
If you like it sour, you can add some vinegar to make it taste more sour!
