Ingredients
Tofu ( 1 piece ) | Lean meat ( Half a catty ) |
Ginger slices ( 2 slices ) | Dried red pepper ( 3 pcs ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
| White sugar ( 1 spoon ) | Aged vinegar ( A little ) |
cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) | Pixian Doubanjiang ( 2 spoons ) |
Chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fried home-style tofu

1.Rinse the tofu gently with clean water

2.Use a knife to cut into 1cm thick triangle shapes

3. Heat oil in a pan , place the cut tofu cubes

4. Fry until both sides are golden brown and crispy.

5.Wash the pork with clean water

6.Chop the pork into lean mince, and chop dry red pepper and ginger slices

7. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger slices, dried red pepper and lean minced meat in sequence

8.Add Pi County bean paste and stir-fry until red oil appears
9.Pour in the above required condiments and stir-fry evenly

10.Pour in the fried tofu cubes and appropriate amount of water and cook over high heat

11.After 10 minutes, remove from the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and enjoy
Tips
Warm reminder: Pixian bean paste is used here, so there is no need to add additional salt, otherwise the taste will be too salty and affect the taste!
