Ingredients
Pork belly ( Moderate amount ) | Bitter melon ( 1 root ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Red pepper rings ( appropriate amount ) |
Chopped green onion (appropriate amount) |
Bitter Melon Twice-cooked Pork Recipe

1.Wash the pork belly and cook in a pot

2. Wash the bitter melon during cooking time and slice it into slices

3.Drain the cooked pork belly

4.Slicing

5. Heat the oil in the pan, add the meat slices and garlic and stir-fry Pour in the bitter melon slices, add salt and stir-fry for two minutes (hazy, I missed the photo here)

6. Installation Plate, sprinkle with green onion and pepper rings (I basically don’t add MSG when cooking)
Tips
The whole process is basically stir-frying over high heat, so you have to move quickly and the meat should be cooked as much as possible
