Recipe for red dates, white fungus and lotus seed soup

1. Boil a pot of boiling water in a pot and set aside! Prepare white fungus, lotus seeds, and red dates! Soak the white fungus in cold water, remove the stems and mud! Soak red dates in warm water and soak lotus seeds in boiling water for a while!

2.Put the soaked lotus seeds through the middle with a toothpick, using a non-pointed one On the other end, remove the lotus core.If it is not removed cleanly, it will taste bitter! (The lotus seeds that come out in this way are whole and will not be damaged)

3.This is lotus seed core , don’t throw it away, dry it and soak it in water to drink, it can remove the fire!

4. Wash the shredded white fungus and lotus seeds, first put the lotus seeds into the pot and add water to high 2-3 times the amount, simmer over low heat until the lotus seeds are slightly crispy, then add the white fungus, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the soup is slightly thick, add the red dates!

5. Just boil the red dates for about 10 minutes! You can also add an appropriate amount of wolfberry according to personal preference.

6.Cook all the ingredients, add rock sugar and cook until melted, then it is ready to serve! (I would like to explain here that boiling red dates too early will affect the appearance, so you can put them in earlier or later according to your own requirements.)
Tips
It is quite simple at first, mainly the lotus seed core, which must be cleaned.Only if it is clean! Otherwise it will taste bitter! If you don’t finish drinking it, you can let it cool and put it in the refrigerator!
