Pixian Douban How to make mapo tofu with soybean paste

1.Cut the tofu into small cubes

2.Put starch in a small bowl and add water to thicken it.

3. Personal preference for minced pork, more or less does not matter.10g in the picture

4. Mince ginger and garlic, chop green onion, and mince bean paste Douban

5. Pour oil into the pot, put in the minced meat over medium heat , minced ginger, garlic, and bean paste stir-fry until fragrant, add appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar, and a small amount of salt

6.Put in the tofu cubes and shake the pot gently to let the tofu taste evenly

Tips
1.The tofu is very tender and can be easily broken with a spatula.Use a non-stick pan to stir-fry the whole process without a spatula, which is no problem
2.The bean paste is salty, so don’t add too much salt.You can taste it before seasoning.
