Glutinous rice: detoxification
Ingredients
Ribs ( 500g ) | Glutinous rice ( 100g ) |
Five-spice steamed pork powder ( 80g ) | White wine ( 20ml ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 10ml ) |
How to steam pork ribs with glutinous rice flour

1. Wash the ribs and drain the water; soak the glutinous rice in water for two hours;

2.Add white wine, dark soy sauce and steamed pork powder, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for two hours;

3.Put cabbage leaves on the bottom of the plate and top with the marinated pork ribs;

4.Place soaked glutinous rice on the ribs;

5.Put into a steamer and steam over high heat for 40 minutes;

6.Remove from the pot.It’s that simple, try it too!
Tips
1.Vegetables on the plate can also be made with sprouts or even potato slices, depending on personal preference;
2.The five-spice steamed pork powder I chose already contains salt, so I only add a little soy sauce for coloring;
3.When steaming, sprinkle a little water on the glutinous rice.
