Long eggplant ( 1 piece ) | Potato ( 1 ) |

How to make three delicacies in Northeast China

1. Prepare the required ingredients: cut the eggplant and potatoes into hob cubes, and slice the green and red peppers.

2.Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces.

3. Heat the oil in the pot until it is 70-80% hot, pour in the potatoes and fry.

Tips
