Cold noodles ( 1 picture ) | Sweet noodle sauce ( 1 spoon ) |

Water ( appropriate amount ) | Vegetable oil ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make Korean grilled cold noodles

1. Prepare all the ingredients!

2. Wash and chop the coriander and set aside! Add appropriate amount of water to the sweet noodle sauce and garlic chili sauce and set aside!

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it over medium heat!

4. Fry the sausages first!

5.Put in the cold noodles!

6. Beat the eggs and pour them on the cold noodles!

7.Turn over!

8. According to your own taste, apply sweet noodle sauce or garlic chili sauce, and drizzle with vinegar , sprinkle with coriander and put on the sausages!

9. Roll up the cold noodles, cut into sections, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of black sesame seeds.Edible!
Tips
When baking cold noodles, handle them gently and the cold noodles will take shape! Otherwise, it will fall apart and won’t take shape!
