Tofu: Detoxification
Ingredients
Tofu ( 1 piece ) | Meatballs ( 10 pieces ) |
Sauerkraut ( 200g ) | Ginger (appropriate amount) |
Chives (appropriate amount) | Pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make sauerkraut, tofu and meatball soup

1.Prepare the ingredients, cut the sauerkraut into small pieces, cut the tofu into pieces with a knife, any kind of meatballs will do (this is the meatball I made myself)

2. Add water to the pot, add ginger, cook until the water boils and add the meatballs

3.Cook until the meatballs float, and pour in the tofu that has been modified

4. Boil until the soup is boiling, then pour in the sauerkraut

5.Add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.When cooked, turn off the heat and add chopped green onion

6.A delicious and appetizing dish, done!
Tips
Pickled cabbage has a certain salty taste, so don’t add too much salt!
