Enoki mushroom: low protein
Ingredients
Enoki mushrooms ( 150g ) | Sausage ( One piece ) |
Ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( Two grains ) |
Green onion ( Half root ) | Carrot ( Twenty grams ) |
Cornstarch ( Five grams ) | Salt ( Two grams ) |
MSG ( One gram ) | |
Cornstarch water ( Twenty grams ) |
How to make cured enoki mushrooms

1.Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the enoki mushrooms, tear them open with your hands, and slice the sausages , cut white scallions into sections, mince green scallions, mince ginger, dice carrots, add cornstarch and water.

3. Add water to the hot pot and bring to a boil

4.Add enoki mushrooms and bring to a boil over high heat

Tips
The color of good enoki mushrooms is light yellow to brown.It is safer to blanch them whether they are smoked or not!
