Mango: Shengjin
Ingredients
Whipped cream ( 480g ) | Milk ( 1 box ) |
Mango ( 3 ) | Cake crumbs ( appropriate amount ) |
Gelatine tablets ( 3 tablets ) | Powdered sugar ( 50g ) |
How to make mango mousse cups

1.Melt gelatin sheets in water

2.The lazy way, put the milk Heat and stir together with the gelatine slices to melt the gelatine slices, then take it out and let it cool

3.Cut 2 mangoes into cubes, pour them into the milk gelatine liquid, and stir (many recipes will puree the mangoes.I like to eat large pieces of fruit, so I don’t smash them)

4. Beat the light cream and sugar until it reaches 60-70%, just make sure the scraping marks don’t disappear immediately.

5. Pour the milk and mango gelatin liquid into the whipped cream and stir

6.A layer of mousse liquid, sprinkle with cake crumbs

7.Refill the mousse liquid and shake gently to make it full.

8.Assemble and place in the refrigerator for more than four hours

Tips
The amount I used is 10 cups.If you think it is too much, you can reduce the ingredients in proportion.Yogurt can also be added to the mousse liquid to improve the taste.It’s different! ~
