How to make Custard Crispy Puffs

1.First we prepare all the materials.Then start making the puff pastry, first mix the brown sugar and unsalted butter evenly (the recipe can make about 24 pieces, depending on the size)

2. After stirring evenly, sift in the flour and continue stirring

3.Pour the mixture on the panel

4.By hand Massage three or four times to form a dough

5. Roll the dough into a small cylinder.Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.You can also roll the dough into a thin crust and cut it into rounds with a cookie cutter

6.While the puff pastry is refrigerated, we can start making puffs.First, pour unsalted butter and water into a pot and boil

7.After boiling Remove from heat, sift in flour and stir evenly

12. Line a baking sheet with oiled paper and evenly squeeze out the batter to the size you like.(Preheat the oven to 200 degrees from top to bottom)

14. If the oven is heated up and down at 200 degrees, it will take about 20 minutes, or you will see puffs.It will turn golden brown.Because everyone's oven temperature is different so the time will vary.Identify by color.I also remind everyone not to open the oven while baking the puffs, otherwise the puffs will collapse

15.After the puffs are cooled out of the oven, squeeze the custard sauce from the bottom.I will post the recipe for the custard sauce separately, please stay tuned (it is also delicious with whipped cream)

16.Sift a layer of powdered sugar over it.If you can't finish it, you can freeze it and bring it back to room temperature when you want to eat it.It won't be as crispy but it's still delicious.
