7. Add water to the gelatine powder and melt it into a liquid, pour in the strawberry yogurt inside, mix quickly.

8. Beat the light cream and sugar until it is textured and flowing.Because there is no sugar in yogurt, if you use commercially available yogurt with sweet taste, you should consider the amount of sugar. The yogurt I made myself has no sugar, so I only used 30 grams of sugar

9. Stir the strawberry yogurt and light cream evenly, and the strawberry yogurt mousse is ready.

10. Take the mousse ring out of the refrigerator and pour it into the mousse liquid.Refrigerate for about 4 hours.

11. Mirror method: Add 50 grams of strawberries to water to make strawberry juice.Stir gelatine powder and strawberry juice evenly, slowly pour into the mousse circle, and garnish.

12. Demold: Use a hair dryer to blow hot air around the mold with both hands.Hold both sides of the mousse ring and gently lift it up to unmold, then place it in the refrigerator to chill for a few minutes.
Tips
1.If you like to eat strawberry granules, you can add some diced strawberries to the mousse paste.2.Pour the gelatin liquid into the strawberry yogurt and mix it quickly, otherwise it will form lumps. If there are lumps, stir them evenly with warm water.3.The homemade yogurt I use is sugar-free.If you use commercially available yogurt, you need to consider the amount of sugar.4.When using a mousse ring, be sure to use something to support the bottom.5.The amount of the recipe can be used to make a 6-inch round (the height of the biscuit base is relatively short, if you use two cake slices, the mold can be filled), or an 8-inch square mousse circle (basically full of the mold)
