Coffee How to make mango mousse
1.Cut Qifeng into two to three pieces, I only used one piece! Make the base

2. Add light cream to powdered sugar and beat until 70% to 80% until it becomes rippled., do still feel flowing!

3. Boil the milk over low heat, add the chocolate to melt, and then add the coffee! Be sure to melt completely! The taste will be good! Let cool and set aside

4. Soak the gelatine slices in ice water 15 minutes in advance, remove and drain, heat over water until dissolved into liquid, let cool, pour into milk coffee and mix well.Pour into the whipped cream and stir!

5. Pour the mixed cream into the mousse circle where the chiffon has been laid before.After a layer is full, put fruits on it, or you can also put a layer of chiffon! And so on! Then put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, preferably overnight, for a better taste!

6. Then remove the mold under decoration! It’s ready to go!
