How to make vegetable mousse cake
1.Prepare the required materials
2.Two slices of eight-inch spinach juice chiffon cake, cut off the edges (I won’t describe the method here, the method is the same as the pumpkin version in my recipe)

3. Soak the gelatine powder in 150 grams of milk (I put it in the microwave for one minute) until it melts,

4. Add a spoonful of Belle liqueur to the light cream (I used Golden Brick Cream) and whip until it flows.The state is 60 to 70%,

5.Put the whipped cream separately Put it into two containers.Add an appropriate amount of spinach juice to one of the containers, cut and mix evenly.Pour the melted gelatine powder and milk evenly into the whipped original light cream and spinach juice light cream, and cut it up and down.Stir evenly to form a mousse liquid.

6.Take an eight-inch live-bottom mold and place a piece of cut spinach juice on the bottom Cake embryo, (forgot to take a photo, half way of the original mousse liquid was poured in.I remembered that I didn’t take a photo, so I took a supplementary photo)

7.Pour in the mixed original mousse liquid,

8.Replay A slice of spinach juice cake embryo,

9.Pour in the stirred spinach juice mousse liquid, use a toothpick to make Z-shaped marks in the mousse liquid to defoam, and finally cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for 4 hours

10. Make mousse mirror: Put the apple-flavored QQ sugar into a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of boiling water and dissolve it, (I put it in the microwave for another minute to heat), stir until melted and cooled, p>

11. After 4 hours, pour the cooled QQ sugar water onto the surface of the solidified mousse liquid and apply it Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours (I refrigerated it until the next morning)

12.After the QQ sugar solidifies, it can be demolded.Use a hair dryer to blow a circle around the mold, then put a thick-mouthed bottle under the mold, gently pull the mold down, and you can easily demould.

13.Put a flower for decoration, isn’t it beautiful!

14. Cut it and eat! Sweet and sour, healthy and appetizing!
Tips
The cream used to make the mousse liquid should not be whipped too hard, which is not conducive to mixing evenly with other ingredients.The mousse liquid can be defoamed by making a Z-shape on it with a toothpick.
