How to make dragon fruit mousse

1. Slice the chiffon cake and take two slices

6.Pour the isinglass powder into the dragon juice and mix well

7.Add the cream and mix quickly from top to bottom

9.Take a piece of cake and cut it into a circle, a little smaller than the original mold, and lay it on the bottom of the mold.

10.Pour in half of the dragon fruit mousse paste

11.Put in another cake slice and pour in two-thirds of the remaining dragon fruit mousse paste.

12.Put it into the freezer for ten minutes and take it out.Then put the remaining dragon fruit mousse paste into the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.

13.Use a hair dryer to blow a circle along the mold to release it.

Tips
The juice of dragon fruit is thin, so you need to add a little more fish gelatin powder, and adjust the sweetness appropriately according to the sweetness of the dragon fruit you buy.
