How to mix tomato sauce with sesame seeds

1.Add flour to a small amount of salt and mix with cold water to form a dough! Wake up for ten minutes!

2. Roll out the risen dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm! Cut into long strips!

3.Place on the sushi curtain

4. Cover it with an empty curtain! Press hard!

5.Untie the sushi curtain! Carefully remove the patterned noodles!

6.Use a knife to cut into small pieces! You can decide according to your own preferences!

7.We use the same method to finish the rest!

8. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil to cook the mochi! Drain into cold water and set aside!

9. Prepare the required sauce! I made my own ketchup yesterday! Very delicious!

10.Put a small amount of oil in the pot and put the tomato sauce and soybean paste! Black bean and mushroom sauce! Turn off the boil!

11.Put the mochi that has been soaked in cold water into a bowl!

12.Pour the cooked sauce on top! Sprinkle some chopped green onion and minced garlic!

Tips
The dough needs to be firmer! This way it won’t stick easily! The mochi, soybean paste and mushroom sauce we make are all salty! So I didn’t add any seasonings when making the sauce! Just right salty!
