Ingredients
Beef tenderloin ( half a pound ) | Purple onion ( 1 ) |
Green chili pepper ( 1 ) | Red pepper ( 1 ) |
Ginger ( 3 pieces ) | Dried red pepper ( 3 pcs ) |
Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
Pixian Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) | Cornstarch ( 1 spoon ) |
How to stir-fry beef cubes with colored pepper

1.Wash the beef and cut into small pieces

2. Marinate the cut beef with cornstarch, cooking wine and pepper for 15 minutes

3.Wash the colored peppers, purple onions, ginger and dried red peppers and chop them into small pieces
