How to stir-fry beef

1.First, soak the beef in water for 10 to 20 minutes to remove the blood

8. When the onions turn transparent, add the beef, then pour in a little cooking wine and sauce Stir fry quickly and evenly over high heat

Tips
Catch the beef with your hands It will be more flavorful.Be sure to stir-fry quickly over high heat.The meat will be tender and smooth.It is also suitable for other meats.I didn’t add onions and garlic because the aroma of onions can cover up the meat.It has a similar fishy smell, and you can also mix and match the side dishes inside!
