Ingredients
Silky tofu ( 300g ) | Grilled sausage ( 3 roots ) |
diced pork ( appropriate amount ) | Peas ( appropriate amount ) |
Eggs ( 2 ) | Corn oil, cooking wine, ( appropriate amount ) |
Onions, ginger, garlic, salt, chicken essence (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce , pepper (appropriate amount) |
How to make assorted tofu

1.Sliced tender tofu Blanch small pieces and set aside

2. Cook the sausage and cut into pieces

3. Blanch frozen peas and set aside
4. Dice the pork and set aside

5. Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

6. Beat the eggs and set aside
7. Heat the oil in the wok and fry the eggs, then take them out and set aside-

8.Pour a little oil into the pot and stir-fry the diced meat

9.When the diced meat turns white, add cooking wine, minced onions, ginger, garlic, and peas and continue stir-frying

10.Then add tofu, grilled sausage, salt, light soy sauce, appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes

11.Finally add the eggs and mix well, sprinkle with a little pepper and chicken essence

Tips
You can use fresh peas for a greener color, you can also use ham sausage instead of grilled sausage, the tofu is best to be soft tofu, or Japanese tofu has a better taste.
