Ingredients
Three yellow chickens ( half ) | Garlic ( 2 pieces ) |
Cilantro ( 1 Root ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) | Dark soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
White sugar ( half spoon ) |
How to make braised chicken nuggets

1.Prepare the ingredients.

2.Wash the coriander.

3.Wash the chicken, chop into large pieces, and flatten the garlic.

4. Heat the oil in the pan, add the chicken pieces, skin side down.

5. Fry until both sides are slightly brown.

6. Set aside the chicken pieces and add sugar.

7. Stir-fry over low heat until it turns into sugar color.

8. Stir-fry until coloured.

9.Inject clean water and add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

10. Bring to a boil and simmer for ten minutes.

11.Ten minutes later, reduce the juice from the fire, turn off the heat, and the deliciousness is done!

12. Serve it up, add coriander and serve!
Tips
I only add oil in this dish and no salt.The chicken pieces braised in oil are especially salty and delicious!
