How to braised chicken wings with mushrooms

1. Prepare all the ingredients: chicken wings, celery, carrots, ginger, and garlic.

2. Wash the mushrooms, remove the roots, and soak them in water for twenty minutes to remove impurities.

Tips
If you like your chicken wings to be darker in color, you can add some soy sauce to enhance the color.Mushrooms absorb salt easily, so the salt should be added when it is almost ready to be plated.
