How to make shrimp vermicelli wrapped in lettuce

1. Prepare ingredients: appropriate amount of dried shrimps (also called sea rice), 180 grams of rice noodles, one lettuce, one chive , a coriander tree.

2. Soak the rice noodles in water for about an hour.It is better if there is no white core.

3.Wash the shrimps and soak them in water for about an hour.

4.Wash the lettuce, chives and coriander, chop the chives and coriander, and cut the lettuce Cut off a small section of the stem, separate the leaves and stem, drain the shrimp and set aside.

5.The rice noodles are soaked and there is no white rice left.Pick up and drain the water.

Tips
Be careful when washing the lettuce to prevent the leaves from getting rotten, which will make it difficult to wrap the vermicelli.I don’t like cooked garlic very much, so I didn’t add any garlic.If you like it, you can stir-fry the garlic with the dried shrimps and then stir-fry the rice noodles, which will make it more fragrant!
