Ingredients
Pork belly (700g) | Fermented bean curd juice ( 5 spoons span> ) |
Oil and salt ( a little ) | Soy sauce, vinegar ( a little ) |
Rock sugar, star anise ( a little ) | Onion, ginger, garlic, chili pepper ( a little ) |
