Soft-shell turtle ( one ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Sugar ( a little ) |

Beer ( one jar ) | Ginger ( appropriate amount ) |

1.The turtles are slaughtered cleanly.
