Ingredients
Short ribs ( three ) | Carrot ( 1 root ) |
Rock sugar ( 5g ) | Ginger slices ( 10g ) |

Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) | Vinegar ( 2 spoons span> ) |
Soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make sweet and sour carrot short ribs

1. Cut the bones into sections, wash them, drain them and set aside; roll the carrots and cut them into pieces, wash them Set aside; slice ginger and dice garlic and set aside

2. Add cold water to the pot and pour in the ribs , boil to remove any floating oil foam, drain and set aside

Tips
