Ingredients
Pork belly ( 1 piece ) | Prune vegetables ( appropriate amount ) |
Garlic cloves ( 2~3 pcs ) | Dried chili pepper ( 2~3 pcs ) |
Onions ( 1 root ) | Rock sugar ( 3~4 capsules ) |
Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Star anise ( 1 piece ) |
Ginger ( One piece ) | Yellow wine ( 1 bag ) |
How to cook pork with dried prunes

1.Soak the prunes half an hour in advance, wash and drain the water

2.Prepare ingredients (cut garlic cloves, dice green onions, slice ginger)

3.Wash and cut the pork belly into cubes
4. Blanch the cut pork belly in cold water, wash and drain

5.Put oil in the pot, add rock sugar and fry until the sugar color appears

6.Add ginger slices and blanched meat, stir-fry until the meat changes color

7. Add star anise and dried chili and stir-fry for a while, add rice wine, cover and cook until the meat is tender (open the cover halfway and sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and stir it)
8.Finally add the prunes, garlic and stir-fry evenly, pour a little water and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
9. Before serving, pour a little light soy sauce on the plate to enhance the freshness, then sprinkle with chopped green onion
